The location was magnificent, the staff were excellent in terms of Customer Service, and the breakfast was enjoyable. We had separate bedroom with nice separate bathroom and lovely pool onsite.

Stayed in well-equipped and well-appointed room with twin beds. The food was great, they offered a great breakfast.

It had well-appointed room and offered an electric kettle, a microwave and an individual safe. Got enjoyable breakfast, fine meals. Attentive and decent staff, I really enjoyed them all.

It was nice to have new-fashioned room in a beautiful garden. A microwave, an electric kettle and refrigerators were available for cooking. They offered us a good choice of options for breakfast, it was great. We loved how very very helpful the staff was.

Likes: the resort offers excellent facilities for a relaxing holiday. the staff, from the cleaners to the receptionist, were all friendly and made us feel welcome. the bar staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. the buffet at the sister hotel across the road was varied and delicious, and we enjoyed the evening entertainment there too. the location of the resort is perfect, with easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. In the early mornings, the WiFi worked better outside the apartment. It would be great if the WiFi issue could be resolved for a more convenient stay.

Had a fairly nice stay for our third visit. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and everything was clean. It had a marvellous setting close to Playa Del Ingles, gardens, and the main tourist area.

This place is conveniently located near a golf course and shops, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

We had a very good stay in Maspalomas short walk to beautifully maintained gardens, very cheap taxis and the various resturants near to the apartments. Separate bedroom with a microwave, an individual safe and air conditioning which was a nice touch. Windows were facing garden.

Would be nice to have one big bed for couple. The people at the reception where very different in their helpfullness, some where totally helpfull and others not. We started at a bungalow near the road, to much noise and the we moved to silent part. So listen first before you move in

From start to finish - a real good experience for holidays. The staff - hard-working and awesome. Marvellous setting so close to areas other than the ONE common area as well as the town center.
